As stated in Executive Limitation (EL) 5, the Superintendent shall not cause or allow a failure to provide the annual budget required for board approval at least 30 days before approval is needed. This report should be designed in a format that is easily understood by both the Board and the community. The report should include both a summary version and comprehensive version.

The OSD Board of Directors will be holding a budget hearing on Monday, August 10th at 6:00 PM via ZOOM. At this time, any person may call in via ZOOM to be heard for or against any part of the budget, the four-year budget plan, or any proposed changes to uses of enrichment funding under RCW 28A.505.240.
