Sandra Villarreal serves as the Executive Director of Human Resources for the Othello School District. With over 21 years of experience in Human Resources, Sandra brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the district. 

Born and raised in Othello, Sandra is a proud product of the Othello school system. She went on to earn her Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and General Management from Eastern Washington University.

Sandra began her HR career as a Recruiter for an international staffing agency, where she gained valuable experience in workforce development across various industries in the Spokane region. She then spent a decade with Columbia Basin Health Association, serving in multiple HR capacities, including Benefits Administrator, HR Generalist, and Recruiter.

With a deep commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, Sandra plays a vital role in building and sustaining a workforce that support student success. Her dedication to collaboration, recruitment, and professional excellence ensures that Othello School District attracts, retains, and empowers top talent to serve its students and community.
