Budget Reports

Form F-195 is the official budget document that Washington school districts submit annually to the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI). Every district is required to prepare a budget for its General Fund and any additional funds established under RCW 28A.320.330 and RCW 28A.160.130. In addition to the General Fund, the Othello School District adopts budgets for the Capital Projects Fund, Debt Service Fund, Transportation Vehicle Fund, and Associated Student Body (ASB) Fund. All district budgets must be prepared, approved, and submitted using the format established by OSPI.
